Valéria Medárová represented VŠM at the International Conference for English Language Teachers

On March 4, 2012, our faculty member, Valéria Medárová, represented VŠM at the international conference for English language teachers organized by AKCENT International House in Prague. The conference program included lectures and workshops on various issues related to teaching the English language, e.g. using the Internet in teaching, techniques of teaching pronunciation and lexical groups, the issue of „the intermediate level“ barrier, new trends and creative approach in teaching English. The speakers were from the Czech Republic, Great Britain and the U.S. Valéria Medárová presented the topic „Challenges and Opportunities of Teaching/Learning English Online“. Her lecture was followed by an interesting and inspiring discussion.
