Program of virtual activities:

First day (virtual) 2 weeks before mobility

Duration: 1:15h; 

Aims of the lesson:  Icebreaking, Creating the multidisciplinary teams, Explaining the dynamic of the BIP and defining the aim of the BIP.

1. Opening of the BIP
2. Presentation of the basic course of the BIP - schedule
3. Presentation of partner institutions, student expectations
4. Definition of communication and principles of communication in the team
5. Creating the multidisciplinary teams

Second Day (virtual) 1 week before mobility

Aims of lesson: Practical instructions for participants

Duration: 1:15h; 

Lesson objectives: Participants will understand what a stakeholder is and what its interests, goals and priorities are. Students will be able to organizing their mobility to Bratislava

1. Corporate social responsible
2. Business ethics
3. Organisational guidelines for mobility: OSHA Principle, social and cultural matters
4. Discussion

3th -7th Day.  Physical part in Bratislava

The eighth day (virtual) one week after mobility

Duration: 1:15h; 

Aims of lecture: effective communication in times of crisis

1. The crisis in the company, corporate crisis team, crisis communication channels, 
2. The crisis communication plan (presentations of the work of student teams)

The ninth day (virtual) 2 week after mobility

Duration: 1,5 h.

Aims of lecture: Presentation of the work outputs of individual teams, presentation of the draft communication plan with employees and the crisis communication plan.

1. Communication plan with public and NGO 
2. Practical examples of communication tools with interested persons  (presentations of the work of student teams)

Virtual Component Duration: 4 days

Educational mobility outcomes: Presentations, posters, video shots, audio shots, graphic materials
