What are the documents required for registration of publication activity and responses

1. Registration of monographs (books, conference proceedings [as a whole], textbooks, etc.)
   • Fill in the online form about monographs
   • Submit the copy of the title page + colophon + contents to the library, or allow to make a copy of it.
2. Registration of articles (articles in periodicals, chapters in books, conference miscellanies, etc.)
   • Fill in the online form about articles
   • Submit the copy of the title page of source document + colophon of source document + contents of magazine + copy of the article/chapter to the library or allow to make a copy of it.
3. Registration of responses or citations
   • Fill in the online form about responses
   • Submit the copy of the cover page of the quoting document + colophon of the quoting document + the page of the document, where the citation is given to the library or allow to make a copy of it.

If the citation can be found in citation databases Web of Knowledge or Scopus, it is not necessary to document responses from these databases in printed form.
