Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes: more and more flexible mobility

Within the framework of the new Erasmus+ programme period (2021-2027) School of Management (VSM, Slovakia) offer Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP).

BIP are short and intensive training programmes, including online cooperation by combining physical mobility with a virtual part, and promoting and using innovative ways of learning and teaching, research-based and challenge-based learning. The virtual part will allow the participation in teaching/training of experts. The physical short-term mobility will allow the face-to-face cooperation of teachers and participants.

VSM offers BIP to support an important enlargement and flexibility of Erasmus mobility. BIP enlarge the mobility dimension by receiving participants that stay at home institution (except during the short-term physical mobility at VSM) and allow the participation of VSM students (internationalization at home).

Students can maintain their study plan at home institution and include the VSM training as parallel activity. The short-term physical mobility will constitute the only period outside their home institution. Students will credit the BIP at their study plans.

Physical mobility support: the individual support to students and teaching staff for the physical mobility should be provided by the sending organization, that can use their own regular Erasmus funds for mobility. Short-term student mobility grants are now allowed for BIP within the new Erasmus+ programme.

Program Overview:

1. Virtual Sessions (November and December 2024):
   • Introduction to stakeholder communication.
   • Online workshops on communication strategies.
   • Group assignments and presentations.
2. Physical Mobility in Bratislava (November 25-29, 2024):  will be specified
   • Day 1: Orientation and introduction to the local environment and culture
   • Day 2: Interactive workshops on stakeholder mapping and engagement.
   • Day 3: Case studies and problem-solving exercises, video studio, green mobility
   • Day 4: Practical company visit
   • Day 5: Presentations, reflections, and closing ceremony.

• Virtual Sessions: November and December 2024
